About Habit Tracker
Building good habits is easier when you can see your progress. The Habit Tracker helps you establish lasting routines by tracking daily completions, visualizing streaks, and showing your consistency over time. Research shows that habit stacking and visual progress tracking significantly increase the likelihood of forming lasting behaviors.
Add habits you want to build — exercise, meditation, reading, water intake, or any daily practice. Check them off each day, and watch your streak counter grow. The tracker displays your current streak, best streak, and completion rate as a percentage.
All data is stored locally in your browser — no account required, no server communication. Your habit history is private and persists between sessions.

Troubleshooting
Streak reset after missing one day
Solution
This is intentional — streaks measure consistency. Missing a day resets to zero, but your best streak and completion rate remain.
Habit data lost after clearing browser
Solution
Habits are stored in localStorage. Export your data regularly (Settings > Export) if you want a backup.
Notifications not appearing
Solution
Enable browser notifications when prompted. You can also enable them manually in your browser settings under Site Permissions > Notifications.
